Alongside his father BU Patel, and brother Tushar Patel; Mike Patel founded Tarsadia Hotels in 1976. During his tenure at Tarsadia Hotels, Mike participated in more than 200 transactions. Mike is a hotel guy and he knows the business through and through. His speciality is turning around under-performing hotels and knowing how to select the right location for new build opportunities. He thrives on analyzing the options, selecting the direction that provides the most value, creating vision, and sourcing ways to maintain quality.

A 30-year industry veteran, whose experience and skill set both span horizontally through many market sectors. For Mont, acquiring and retaining knowledge is essential as he believes history guides most decisions, and the combined hospitality experience within the T2 Hospitality team provides for an efficient and effective decision-making process, whether it is for the investments to be pursued, or for the way each investment is maximized.
In her role of providing oversight over all financial reporting and planning for the group, Nayiri incorporates 15+ years of financial management and accounting experience. Nayiri has been directly involved in over $1.5 billion of transactional activity and over $500 million in debt placement.
Rashik is responsible for multi-million-dollar construction projects and brings a solutions-driven approach to each project on time and maximizing construction dollars. Rashik’s success is predicated on his solution-driven approach and his need to continually learn new things. Rashik embraces new ideas, looks at all the angles, and enjoys working them through in his quest to build the best.
Greg brings 30+ years of design, development and construction experience and provides up front development expertise with a keen eye for optimizing the developments return on investment.
Ryan is involved with acquisitions, dispositions, and ongoing asset management of the real estate portfolio. Ryan creates and analyzes investment strategies, is the lead project underwriter, and the primary contact for brokers and buyers in assessing investment opportunities.
Neil is responsible for the basic logistics of running T2 Hospitality and provides leadership to an array of administrative and financial areas such as contract administration, procurement, budget planning, treasury management, human resources, and risk management.
Bo's mantra is all about making it better than it was. Bo brings 20+ years of cross disciplinary industry experience, particularly from senior roles in finance and operations as CFO and EVP of Operations. He enjoys working in a team environment, collaborating with other departments to identify opportunities to improve performance. He also believes that building strong business partnerships is essential since mutual trust encourages and supports creating and testing innovative new business strategies. In his current role, Bo is involved in all aspects of pre- and post-acquisition activities, financial analysis, site visits, and asset management (from programing recommendations to operations), always looking for ways to maximize revenue opportunities and profit for T2’s ownership portfolio.
